In some instances, Volvo will request a DMS identifier number to complete their VIDA set up. The DMS identifier is something the dealership generates through the DMS and provides to Volvo.
To generate your VIDA DMS identifier, navigate to Parts > Maintenance > Partner > Interface > Volvo > Edit VIDA Parameters.
In this screen, you need enter the following data:

| Enabled | Tick |
Once you click add after entering the relevant information, the DMS will then generate the DMS Identifier at the bottom of the screen. This is what you will need to provide to Volvo.
