After searching for a customer and not being able to find an existing record in the system users are able to add a new customer from the Host + App.

Select mceclip1.pngthe button and a customer creation screen will display. If there are Quick Create parameters set in the CRM module for this branch in Pinewood DMS, these settings will then be used:

In this screen, the user will need to populate any mandatory fields (indicated by the red asterisk) and any other relevant information captured from the customer. Any details which were entered within the initial search screen will now be populated within the Add Customer screen.

Select the ellipses button to display the fields greyed out on the previous screen:

A user is able to perform a postcode lookup by entering a postcode in the field and then selecting the search icon. This will then return a list of addresses associated with this postcode.

To save changes, select Save and upon doing so this will then open up the Customer Record on the app:
