The Service Customers area allows users to flag customers as arrived, automatically updating the Job Progress screens in the Workshop Module.

Selecting the action will show a day-by-day view of the Service Customers due on the particular date.

At the top of the screen, users are able to search through the list of customers for that day. The view of these customers can be changed by selecting either of these icons mceclip2.png.

The tile view looks as above and the list view looks as below:

Select a customer and the Booking Details screen will be displayed.

 

Details Tab

The details tab shows the vehicle details, any booking and customer requirements added to the job, the arrival time of the vehicle, collection date and time. The more information area shows the job number, odometer, any tags, and whether or not the job has been invoiced.

There are multiple buttons which are available within this screen, if you select the mceclip7.png button this will display the job card declaration:

Once you have selected OK, there will be an option for the customer to sign as shown below:

The mceclip10.png icon when selected will clear the box to start the signature again and the mceclip11.png icon will display the declaration again.
To save the signature, select Save, and the printout will then be sent to the default printer.

Now back within the Details tab, the mceclip15.png icon allows the user to amend the collection date and time, add a tag number, and update the odometer:mceclip14.png

Selecting the mceclip12.png icon will allow users to enter in a customer requirement for the job, along with hours and price:

Conversations Tab

The conversations tab will show any past conversation history on the customer’s job, and allows a user to enter any further conversation by typing into the bottom and selecting the mceclip20.png icon.

The mceclip17.png icon will refresh the screen to update any Conversation notes that may have been entered from other areas of the DMS.

Documents Tab

The documents tab will show any documents relating to the customer's job card, for example, once a customer has signed the job card a copy of this is added to the Documents tab. This feature is the same as clicking the Manage Documents icon located in a booking.

Clicking the mceclip22.png icon will display the document, and selecting the mceclip23.png icon will pull up the camera on the device you're using to allow you to take a picture of a document for example, and upload this to the customer. 

Selecting the mceclip25.png icon will present a new screen to upload a document stored on the device along with a field to name the document.

 

Arrival Video Tab

This tab will allow you to add an arrival video of the Customer’s vehicle, within the tab select the

Selecting the icon allows a user to add an arrival video of the Customer’s vehicle using either the Camera or Gallery Icon mceclip26.png . Videos can be stitched together in the Video Editor screen and can also be previewed with the Preview button.

Once the arrival video is complete, select Save and the video will then be available to view in the Arrival Video tab. 

To edit this select the mceclip29.png icon and the video editor will reopen. The maximum recommended video file size is 200mb.

 

Health Check Tab

This tab allows the service advisor to start the Vehicle Health Check.

The service advisor/receptionist can carry out a number of interior and exterior checks while at the vehicle with the customer. This would be ideally used for wiper blades, external lights, door mirrors etc. Select the VHC line to be checked and that will then allow the check to be completed and saved.

Selecting the Add Menu Pricing button will open up the Menu Pricing catalogue if set up within the Parameters in the DMS.

Users are then able to select each level of the catalogue and once done the app will display the item.
