The Sales Appointments tile allows the greeter to guide customers to their appointments with the Sales Team.
It is also used to capture additional details while assisting with this. All planned Showroom appointments for the day at the dealership are displayed along with their Desired Vehicle.
At the top of the screen, users are able to search through the list of customers for that day. The view of these customers can be changed by selecting either of these icons .

Users are able to select either arrow button to move back or forwards by day in the Sales Appointment tile: .
The Today button can be selected to return to the current dayβs date: .
Once the user has selected the customer from the list the customer record will be displayed, showing contact details should the customer need to be contacted about their appointment
Information within the Details tab can be amended by clicking the icon.
