When trying to amend a Master / Transaction account but upon saving it, the details change back once you go back into the account. Why is this?
Answer
This can be caused by the phone number held against the account preventing the saving of the data.
If you delete the number and then enter it back in manually making sure there are no "Spaces" or "Gaps" between the numbers and it should then let you save the details, and they shouldn't change back to what they were previously.
