Why will the Contra Journal no longer allow me to add value?
Answer
In the June 2021 Release, the value field was moved from the Contra Details screen to the Ledger to Credit and Ledger to Debit pages.
The Contra details screen now hosts Date, Period, Reference and Narrative.
The value can then be posted within the Ledger to Credit page.
The value field will be greyed out within the Debit side, ensuring the same value is cleared off on the Contra Nominal.
