Why can't I find my statement?
Answer
If you are trying to print a statement but can't find it during processing, this is often caused by the account being marked as "Exclude From Statements" this can be amended by going to:
Accounts > Sales Ledger > Transaction Accounts/Master Accounts
See the account type relevant to the account you are using.
You then search for the account in question, if you then look under "Terms" and check to see if is has been marked as "Exclude From Statements".
