📝 When Printing Statements A Blank Paper Is Included With Each Statement

When doing a statement run, why is a blank piece of paper  included with each individual statement?

Answer

This is usually to do with the Statement Text found within the parameters.

Account > Sales Ledger > Ledger Parameters > Transaction Parameters tab

 Within this location you will find your statement text.

If experiencing this issue we suggest reducing size of your statement text and then trying the statement run again, if the issue still persists then contact Pinewood Support.
