📝 Amendments To Transaction Accounts Not Registering

Question

When making amendments to transaction's accounts after completing them, the account then reverts back to it's state prior to the amendment. Why is this? 

Answer

This is typically caused either by multiple spaces being in the fields or by special characters being included.

We would recommend ensuring that all fields are checked so that they are like the following:

'Company Name: Pinewood Technologies PLC'

Rather than:

'Company Name: Pinewood Technologies PLC    '

As this will cause the amendment to not register, if after checking this through the issue still persists then please contact Pinewood Support.
