How do you disable a Purchase Ledger Transaction Account?

If you want to remove a transaction account, you can do this within:
Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Transaction Accounts and search for the account code / account name in question.
Double-click on the account in order to access it.
Then click on Amend and then uncheck the option which says Active:
Once you remove the tick from the Active box and Save, the account will no longer be active.
