Why am I unable to amend whether remittances are generated for a transaction account?
Answer
The access level you have will need to be checked against the access level within the Transaction Parameters.
There is an access level to be set for the Bank Details Access Level within;
Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Ledger Parameters > Transaction Parameters
If a user does not have the required access level, they will be unable to amend the bank details as illustrated below;
