You can access the Service Advisor Diary from the main diary screen; Workshop – Booking – Diary and then select the Service Advisor tab;
The screen will show all the service advisors that have been set up in the parameters section (See set up guide for more information). The service advisors will be marked as unavailable outside of their working hours and if holiday is set for a service advisor in the parameter, then this will appear on the diary blocked out in blue.
The diary will default to the current date but you can use the calendar icon next to the date field to select a desired date and view from here.
There is a service team drop down should you have multiple service teams set up you can view a separate diary for each.
If you hit the print button you will get the pop up asking you to select a service team, select a specific advisor or for all and choose a date range. Once you’re happy with this hit print it and it will print a hard copy to the spec selected.
You can book a service advisor to a workshop job from the booking screen on creation or at any point during amendment. Once the booking details are filled in Select the service advisor time check box on the job details screen. You will see that the Service Advisor flag is ticked but still showing as unallocated, this will be because we will need to allocate the booking to an available slot in the service advisor tab. You will also note that the Collect and Delivery option is greyed out, this is because they are mutually exclusive;
Within the service advisor tab, a similar page to that seen in the main diary screen with the service advisors. Slots will show where the service advisor is available or already booked out or marked as holiday. Single click an available slot with a service advisor and this will populate on to the booking with the details.
And you can also see it now marked as green in the service advisor tab as booked; 
If you go back to the main workshop diary you can see the booking marked into the diary and double clicking will open a pop up with the booking details;
