📝 Tech+ - Planned Work List for Technicians

Overview:

Technicians can view their pre-allocated work for a particular date by using the Planned Work list feature on the Tech+ Home screen. 

Feature Details:

On the home screen of Tech+, click on the 'Planned Work' tile

Clicking into "Planned Work" will display a read-only list, filterable by date. This list will default show all the Technician's jobs where the end time frame has not passed.

There is a "Show All" tick box in the bottom left-hand corner – selecting this tick box will show all jobs for the date chosen, regardless of the end time frame.

If there is no work to be displayed for the current date then the "Show All" button will not be visible.

Move between dates by using the arrows in the bottom right-hand corner. You are able to go forwards as many days as needed but only go back to the current date. Alternatively, the "Today" button will go back to the current date.

Things to note:

  • If there is no planned work for that day, then the list will be blank
  • The operation colour shown is reflective of the status of the operation
  • Bookings will show as "Booking" – if the booking has not yet been received in
  • Invoiced jobs will still show in the planned work list
  • If using Tech+ on a mobile, we recommend that the orientation should be landscape for this page
