A new parameter has been added called 'Display Account Estimate Pricing’ to Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameter’s screen.
When the parameter is turned on, the following values are visible in the VHC Awaiting Approval Screen:
- Recommended Work Cost Total
- Current Account Job Total
- Overall Account Total
Recommended Work Cost Total - This is the total cost of the repairs recommended are added for the vehicle during the VHC process. This includes the Labour cost + Part cost (that are added to VHC estimate) + Non-labour that are added onto the recommended work.
Current Account Job Total - This is the cost of the repairs that are added to the job based on the account selected in the dropdown. This includes the Labour cost + Part cost (that are estimated/added/issued to the job that is not related to VHC) + Non-labour (if any) + Auto-calculated non-labour (if setup) that are added onto the account of the job.
Overall Account Total - This is the overall cost of the repair for the vehicle on the account selected, i.e., Overall Account Total = Recommended Work Cost Total + Current Account Job Total + Auto-calculated non-Labour for the account if you add the recommended work.
