Question

How are Debtor Days calculated?

Answer

The Debtor Days are calculated by applying the rule (account balance on month end * 365) / turnover on month end.

While the rolling turnover changes only slowly, the Debtor Day’s would be very different when generated before/after their monthly payment of the account balance.
