I am unable to find a Sales Ledger account I know exists, why is this?
Solution
If the Accounting Group has not been set-up correctly. You can check it's accounting group by going into Accounts - Sales Ledger - Transaction Accounts - Export;
Export all transaction accounts into an .csv file and find the account and it's Accounting Group which the user can not find.
When you know which accounting group it is, go into the Nominal Ledger Parameters and choose 'Divisional Accounting Groups' on the Accounts table. Find your accounting group and ensure the nominal codes are set-up correctly.
