Overview
To improve the efficiency of workshop bookings it is possible to see booking dates where
the required workshop skills for the work required are unavailable.
Summary
Within the Workshop Booking process, when creating a booking if you are using Technician Skills and want to use the options then you will have to ensure you have completed the Customer Requirements and created the Operations including selecting the Labour Type.
Any skills which have been selected will now be displayed at the top of the workshop diary
screen. If a date does not have hours associated and available then it will be shown with a red
cross.
This allows a more accurate date to be offered to the customer for their booking based on the
availability of the required skills.
