How do I change the email address on a Purchase Ledger or Sales Ledger Account?
Answer
Follow the below steps, to amend the email addresses that receive correspondence such as statements for individual accounts.
Go to Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Transaction Accounts
In the enquiry tab, search the account youβre looking to amend.
Drill into the account and click Amend. In the General Details box, the email field can be amended.
Click Save and this will have changed the email.
Please note: This process is identical to amend email addresses for Sales Ledger accounts (Accounts > Sales Ledger > Transaction Accounts)
