When a Vehicle Health Check has been completed by the technician it will either go to workshop in awaiting estimate or go to parts estimate requests. This will depend on the set up within Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters. If the ‘Send Checks to Workshop’ is ticked it will go straight to ‘awaiting estimate’ within workshop;
If this option is not ticked the completed VHC goes straight to parts estimates Parts > Customer Orders > Customer Orders > Estimate Requests;
This will show in workshop as awaiting parts Workshop > Jobs > Additional Work > Awaiting Parts;
When the ‘Send Checks to Workshop’ is ticked this goes straight to Workshop > Jobs > Additional Work > Awaiting Estimate;
Once the estimate has been added here it can then be sent to parts for a parts estimate,
