This guide will explain why users clock out time goes back to the operation start time if their default clock in/out time is set to 00:00.
If the default clock in and out times are set to 00:00 and the user forgets to clock out of job, it will default the clock out time of the user back to the start of their last operation.
When the user is clocked off due to the default clock off time the lines will come up as purple.
The default clock in/out times can be set by going to Workshop > Parameters > Technician Details > Details. Select a technician in the 'Technician Name' box and then change the clock in/clock out times for the day you want.
