To add a reply email address for a Vehicle Health Check go to CRM > Parameters > Communications > Workshop and within here you will need to set the email up and ensure the 'Reply To' field is populated:
Click Save and ensure any other previously set up emails have been set up with the Reply To address.
The address will also need to be added within Admin > Company Structure and drill down to the relevant workshop department
