📝 Repeat Visits Report

Workshop jobs can be flagged as being a return visit following on from a previous workshop
visit.


Select Workshop - Reporting - Repeat Visits from the side menu. Two tabs are
available, ‘Repeat Visits Report’ and ‘Add Repeat Visit’.



Two types of report are available ‘Details’ and ‘Chart’, select the required report, choose an
appropriate date range and select ‘Generate’.


Details Report
Select the ‘Details’ report to show the details of every job from the selected date range.


Double click on a job to open the following message.

Select the ‘History’ option to take the user to the vehicle service history allowing it to be
updated/amended. Select the ‘Action’ option to open the ‘Notes’ window allowing the corrective action to be recorded against the job.


Chart Report
Select the ‘Chart’ option to display four separate charts.


• Number of cases by selected area: Displays how many cases of a particular area of
concern have been reported over the selected period.
• Monthly repeat visit cased: Displays the number of repeat visits flagged on a month
by month basis.
• Number of cases per technician: Shows the number of repeat repairs reported per
technician over the selected period.
• Number of cases per advisor: Shows the number of repeat repairs reported per
advisor over the selected period.


Add Repeat Visit


‘Add Repeat Visit’ is utilised where a job has been in to the workshop for the same repair but not marked as a repeat visit during the booking, receive or invoice process. Select a job by searching on the Job number, Invoice Number or Registration Number.

Double click on the returned result to open the ‘Repeat Visits’ window.

Enter the repair rectification details into the narrative field. From the questions displayed
select the correct Yes/No answer. Dependent upon the questions answered either the Technician or Service Advisor drop down menu become active.
