How do I unlock a Sales Ledger Account?

To unlock a Sales Ledger account the user will need to follow these steps:

Go into Accounts > Sales Ledger > Processing > Sundry Posting - Enter the Account Code - click Search - and then click Cancel and click Yes.

If this does not unlock the account then the user will need to go to: Accounts > Sales Ledger > Processing > Allocate Cash - enter the Account Code - click search - click Accept and then click Cancel and click Yes.
