How do I unlock a Purchase Ledger account?

Answer

To unlock a Purchase Ledger account the user will need to follow these steps:

Go into Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Processing > Post Invoice - Enter the Account Code - click Search - enter in Invoice details, click Next then click Exit.

If this does not unlock the account then the user will need to go to: Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Processing > Allocate Payments - enter the Account Code - click search - click Confirm and then click Cancel and Yes on pop up

If this still has not unlocked the account then you can go to Accounts > Purchase Ledger > Reporting - GRNI and click Purge - this will clear all GRNI matching sessions that have not been accessed in the last 3 hours - this will also clear any 0.00 value GRNIs.
