How to find out if a GRNI Line has been Allocated?

In order to see if the GRNI has been posted, use the following process;
1. Go to Accounts - Purchase Ledger - Reporting - Transaction. Select 'All Transactions' and tick 'Include Narrative'. You can search for specific accounts but it would be preferable to search all, so leave the start and end account clear. Create Report.
2. Export Report. This will export the report into an Excel spreadsheet.
3. Once the Excel export has opened, select 'Ctrl and F' on your keyboard, this will bring up a search box which allows you to find the GRNI reference. Select 'Find All', if the GRNI has been allocated it will appear in the narrative column of the export.
