Overview
A new report in the Workshop End of Day report has been added called Workshop Daybook Payment
Breakdown. This report will show the breakdown of cash payments, by method and type selected at the
time of taking the payment.
Summary
The new report in the Workshop End of Day can be found by going to Workshop > Reporting > End of
Day and it will be the second report in, after clicking Next:
The report content contains:
• Payment Method: Any payment type attached to the invoices or credit note since the last End
of Day was run.
• Payment Type: Any associated Payment Types to the Payment Methods.
• Value: The total value for the Payment Method/Type since the last end of day was run.
The following actions are available in the report:
• Print: The option to print the breakdown report
• Previous: Will return the user to the End of Day Daybook report
• Next: Will take the user to the Daybook by User report
The Daybook report will also be added as an attachment to the Workshop End of Day Daybook Email,
if enabled for the department.
