How to unlock a locked supplier order within Parts?
Answer
If you have a parts supplier order that is locked by yourself, to unlock this then please log off all active sessions of Pinewood DMS and this should clear the lock.
If you have a colleague that is locked into the Supplier Order, they will either need to finish processing the Supplier Order, exit out the order or log off all of their sessions of Pinewood DMS to clear the lock.
You are able to find out who is locked into a Supplier Order by hovering over the greyed out 'Process' tick box:
