How do I resolve the '!DOCTYPE html' error message when completing a Parts Stock Take?

If you are going to complete a stock take within Parts > Maintenance >Stock Take > Stock Take and you receive an error message of “!DOCTYPE html”, there is a way to avoid this error message.
The error will likely be due to certain special characters in the descriptions of the parts.
Parts that have the below characters in their descriptions will throw up an error message as it conflicts with the programming language, resulting in the error message when doing a stock take.
You can amend the descriptions of the parts by going to Parts > Maintenance > Create and Amend: entering the parts number: amending the description: clicking ‘Save’.
