How do I add a Postage and Packaging Or Carriage Charge to a Parts invoice?

Answer

Select the Invoice button on your parts enquiry within: Parts > Sales > Invoice

You are then presented with the Invoice Totals pop up, select Amend to open the fields:

Within here you can add your desired charges, once complete select OK.

Use the invoice button to complete the Invoice. 

Within: Parts > Parameters > Department Details > Dept Details 1

**Please Note: Nominal Postings are made for these charges. To ensure these post to the correct Nominal, ensure nominals are set within:**

Accounts > Nominal Ledger > Ledger Parameters > Divisional Accounting Groups
