Occasionally in Pinewood DMS you may get a message coming up saying:

'Sorry an error has occurred. Please try again and if the problem persists contact support'Β 

If you do get this there are a few things you can do:

Firstly, log off Pinewood DMS and any other Internet Explorer windows you have open (if you are not sure if it is internet explorer, close it anyway)

Then delete your temporary internet files and cookies and ensure that your PC is set up correctly as per the guidelines here

Once you have done this, log back into Pinewood DMS.Β 

Now it is a case of checking what you have done. If for instance you were processing a workshop job, see if it is still on the WIP, if it was a vehicle invoice, see if it is in stock or not, etc. If what you were doing has accounts implications then check with your accountant.

If the error message continues to show even after attempting the above, please contact the support team.
