I have forgotten my login details for Pinewood DMS, how do I reset my password?
Answer
If you have forgotten your login details, or they don't appear to be working you can reset these by using the 'Forgotten Password?' link on the login screen. This will ask you for your username (which will be your email address) and you will be sent a link via email to reset your password.
Once reset, you will be able to log in using the new password.
