I need to delete parts from Workshop Jobs that are no longer required, how can I do this?
Answer
To delete a job or invoice at zero value due this being a No Show, Parts will need to be removed. To do this navigate to Parts > Sales> Workshop Issues. You can put the job number in here. When the job populates you can then double click on the part and change the quantity to zero and 'accept' this will remove the part from the job.
If a Part is on Customer Order, you will need to navigate to Customer Orders > Customer Orders > Outstanding and delete the parts order. You will get the option to retain or delete the deposit if there is one held against the order.
