How do I setup Distribution Consolidated Invoices?

In Pinewood DMS this will be set up within Parts > Distribution > Consolidation > Parameters, here choose a Sales Ledger account which consolidation invoices will be used on.
Set the Period to be how long you would like before the invoices are consolidated whether you would like this to be every day, week or month.
If you tick include additional information it will govern whether or not you need to enter an order number in the order number field, as shown below.
You will also note that the name of the account is now in blue, this is to indicate that this account is a consolidated account.
Once you click invoice you will notice the invoice button on the pop up is replaced with the advice note
Now go to Parts > Distribution > Consolidation > Invoicing You will be able to see advice notes created under the summary tab.
On the outstanding tab you will be able to see advice notes that are still waiting to be invoiced.
Once the invoice is raised and paid the history tab will show you the historically invoiced orders.
