If I have selected a parts invoice to deliver, how would I process the deliveries within the system?
Answer
To do this you will need to go to:
Parts > Distribution > Delivery
All deliveries due today will be displayed.
To process a van run, double click to select. All enquires should have a status as verified and the van cut off time must have passed before you can process the delivery.
If a van run has been set up without a cut of time, it can be processed any time.
When you are ready you can then select the 'confirm' button, this will then prompt you to select the driver and the vehicle details.
When you select Accept, two print outs will be given to you as an option.
The first one will be a copy of the invoice.
The second print out will be the delivery list.
If the cash on delivery option has been selected this will be indicated with a Y in the collect column.
The screen will return to the delivery management screen and the processed van run will then be removed from this screen.
