Question

How would I amend the Lost Sale History against a part card?

Answer

If you ever come across where the lost sale history is showing incorrectly against a part card you can amend this if you have the relevant access level.

This can be done by going to Parts > Maintenance > Create/Amend

Select History Tab

  • See the incorrect lost sale can be viewed within here. 
  • If you now single click the line, the Information becomes editable

See you can now re enter the correct lost sale history and accept.

This will then update the lost sale history.

To check you have the sufficient access level, navigate to:

Parts > Parameters > Department Details

Choose the tab Parts Maintenance

See the top section shows the Access Levels

The fourth from the bottom reads 'Update Parts Sales History User Level'

As long as your access level is higher than what is set here you will then be able to amend  the lost sale history.
