Why are Parts not showing on the Recommended Order?
Answer
To check to see if your part is on the recommended order, go to
Parts > Purchase > Recommended Order > select the parts department selection.
Click on the supplier drop down box and select your supplier.
A pop up box will then show, click view to view your recommended order.
This will generate the recommended parts order list.
If you part isn't showing on the recommended order, go to the part card.
Parts > Maintenance > Create/Amend, enter part number and click search.
If your supplier control is set as 'yes', this is the reason to why the part is not showing on the recommended order. You will need to amend this to say no, at the bottom of the part card, click amend select the Supplier control drop down box and select no. Click save.
Your part will now show on the recommended order screen.
