Why is my Estimate Requests tab missing from the Parts Customer Orders screen?
Answer
The Estimate Requests tab is parameter driven. Which means there is further set-up required. Users with sufficient access will need to enable the Vehicle Health Checks option, within the Workshop Parameters.
This can be found by going to Workshop > Parameters > Health Check > Parameters. On the Department tab, the Vehicle Health Checks Parameter is highlighted below. Tick the box and click Apply to enable this, which will trigger the Estimate Requests tab to appear in the Parts Customer Order screen.
