I am unable to amend Parts Discount - how do I resolve this?

If you are unable to amend Parts Discount when issuing parts, you will need to amend the access level for Price Amendment in Parts > Parameters > Department Details - Parts Maintenance Tab:
In here click Amend and the access level will need to be changed to a level more appropriate for users to amend the Discount on a Part when issuing for a sale.
