Why Am I Unable To Receipt In Ordered Parts?

When trying to receipt in an order within Parts > Purchase > Receipts > Ordered, you may find that you are unable to do so and are struggling to tick the "Process" tick box as it is shadowed out.

The reason why you are unable to tick the "Process" tick box and it is shadowed out is because it has been locked by another user.

If you hover your mouse icon over the box you will able to see who exactly is locked into this.

You will then need that person to close down all of their Pinewood DMS sessions in order to unlock this, then you will be able to carry on as normal.

If the person locked in the order still cannot access this after the steps above, please contact the support team who will be able to assist further.
