Why is the Vehicle Health Check Video No Longer Available, and the following pop-up appearing?

Answer

  • Check if the workshop job has been invoiced 
  • If the job has been invoiced, an Authentication Screen should appear. This is so the customers details can be entered so they can view their video again if they wish. These details will be what has been attached to their CRM record:

  • Check if the customer has made a decision on the job e.g. job has been deferred

 

If either of the above has happened then the video will no longer be available for data protection reason as the video will be linked to the customer details and as the customer has had the job invoiced or has made a decision there is no longer a need for the video to be available
