How do I view Documents added to a VHC within the DMS?
Answer
The documents button is available to view within the Estimate Details screen:
Upon drilling into the button, you will be taken to the Documents page which displays any documents that have been added as part of the vehicle repair.
This new Documents button can be found within the following screens:
- Awaiting Parts
- Estimate Requests
- Awaiting Estimate
- Awaiting Approval
- Reporting - Health Check
