Why do the MOT counts within the Workshop Booking Diary not match with the number of counts set within the Diary counts in Parameters?
Answer
This will be because of the MOT's set up against an individual technician.
See MOT diary count for week commencing Monday 20th shows 8.
Then check MOT count setup via Workshop - Parameters - Parameters - Diary counts.
See counts for the week Mon - Fri are currently set to 2. You would expect to see 2 MOT's available within the workshop diary.
However if you go Workshop - Parameters - Technician Details - Details and select the individual technicians from the drop down. You will find at least one with values set against MOT's for the week. These extra counts will be adding to the workshop diary.
In order to resolve this drill into the MOT's line and amend the MOT counts for each day to 0.
The workshop diary will now show only the MOT count set up within Workshop - Parameters - Parameters - Diary counts.
