I am getting an error when conducting a HPI check - how can I resolve this?

If you are performing a HPI check and you get a page error, one of the possible causes of this is if you have a non alphanumeric character in front of the colour field e.g. # or *.
Once this character has been removed you should be able to perform the HPI check.
