How can I raise a Purchase Order for a Vehicle that is not yet in stock?
Answer
You can raise a Vehicles Purchase Order for Vehicles with a status of Supplier Order.
Within Vehicles > Stock Management > Purchase Orders > Raise you can search for Vehicles that are on Supplier order. You can do a wildcard search for the Vehicle or use the Order Number to find the Vehicle and raise a Purchase Order against it.
Once the Purchase Order has been raised, on the printout, you will see that the Stock Number field has been populated with the Order Number against the Vehicle, if there is no Order Number against the Vehicle, this field will be left blank unless the Vehicle has a Stock Number where the system will display the Stock Number.
