I am unable to amend the Tax Number on a Used Vehicle Supplier Order - why is this?
Answer
If you have selected a Vehicle Supplier as your Used Car Supplier (instead of a Customer) you will be unable to make changes to the Tax Number field on a Supplier Order.
If you need to amend the number or add a Tax Number to the Supplier, go to Vehicles > Parameters > Suppliers and select Used:
Then double click on the Supplier you need to amend and either change or add the Tax Number into the field:
Please Note: ensure this is the correct Tax Number for this Supplier. If you enter one that matches your Dealership's tax number, the tax will not be charged on the Supplier Order.
Then click Save.
The tax number will now pull through when completing the Used Vehicle Supplier Order:
