Question

I have a vehicle that will not finalise but there is no exception - how do I resolve this?

Answer

If you are processing your month end and you have cleared all of your exceptions from the exceptions report and you are in Vehicles - Month End - Finalise Transactions. If you press finalise all and you have one or more vehicles that will not finalisemceclip0.png

The best thing you can do to clear this is try clicking finalise individually, this should then clear the remaining vehicles by going through them one by one.

If there are more than one, press the finalise button. This should then process this vehicle and automatically move onto the next one in the list.

If the vehicles in question still will not finalise please contact support.
