How would I set up or amend the work done elsewhere decline reasons?

Answer

You will need to go to:

Workshop > Parameters > Customer Declines > Decline Parameters

From here you can see all of the current decline reasons and if they are flagged as active.

Then you can add new and you will be given a pop-up that will allow you to fill out the details and create a new decline reason.

You can also amend an already created decline reason, this can be done by double clicking into the line for the already existing decline reason, and then amending the details as needed.

If within these you have ticked the work done elsewhere option, you can then select this option from within the CRM when marking work has been done elsewhere.
