How can I add any additional columns to the workshop diary?
Answer
You can do so by going to Workshop > Parameters > Technician Details > Skills > Enterprise.
Once in here you can add a 3 letter code which will be the title of your column and a description. You can then accept this. Once this has been set you can now go to Workshop > Parameters > Technician Details > Skills > Department.
Once in here you can choose which ones you would like to be enabled. These will then show in your workshop diary.
If you would like to add available hours to these columns you can do so by going to Workshop > Parameters > Technician Details > Details. You can then choose a technician name and press the Skills button to assign hours.
Please note: Only hours are available for these customer columns, you cannot have a count.
