📝 Sales Performance Report

The Sales Performance report helps you to keep track of contacts that have been made. This report can be accessed by going into CRM > Sales Report > Activity > Dashboard - Sales Performance Tab.

The report can be filtered by:

  • Company Structure: Allows you to filter to a specific Enterprise, Company, Division, Branch or Department
  • Start/End Date: Contacts that have been made within a specific date range.

 

Creating the reporting will then show the following fields:

  • Sales Person: Allows you to filter by specific sales people
  • Opps Created: How many opportunities have been created
  • Contacts Made: Contact History Created linked to open sales opportunity [Telephone, Email, Showroom, Visit, Letter, Web, Other]
  • Diary Contacts Made: Contact History completing future contacts [Telephone, Email, Showroom, Visit, Letter, Web, Other]
  • Test Drive Booked: How many test drives have been booked
  • Test Drive Taken: Contact History linked to Test Drive Activity Created
  • Orders:  Contact History linked to Order Activity linked to a Sales Opportunity
  • Handover:  Contact History linked to Handover Activity
  • Statistics: This gives an overview of conversion rates and percentages

 

This report can also be Exported for further detail:
