The Vehicle Creation Report is used to view and export vehicle records created on Pinewood DMS for a specified time period. This report is useful for calculating certain aspects of the business where it is being deficient to keep up with the vehicle maintenance standards. Custom User-definable vehicles reminders can be set up by users to portray the vehicles absent of the service.
To access the Vehicle Creation Report go to:
CRM > Customer Database > Creations - Vehicle Creation Report and is the second tab
The below example shows any missing 'Air Conditioning Service' events which haven't been performed on the vehicles displayed on the report.
When the report is generated you can sort the results by simply clicking on the report headers.
Company Selector allows users to select the location they would like the report to run based on your user access.
Start Date/ End Date can only perform the report for 31 days; if you choose to run the report with a greater date selection a warning message will be displayed on the screen.
No User will show all vehicles created, based on the date range, that was created without a System Username.
Vehicle Type will allow you to filter the report by a single type or select multiple types.
User filter the report to show vehicles created by a single User or leave blank and allow the report to show all users that have created a vehicle.
The Export option will download the results based on the screen and will only be available if you have the correct access level based on the Selections Download Access Level parameter located in the CRM > Parameters > Dealer Parameters > Enterprise tab.
Drilling into the vehicle line will launch the vehicles record Reminders tab so you can create any additional reminders if required.
